Filing Period for Town Offices · January 21 thru January 30
Persons interested in being a candidate for the following town offices may file for these positions starting January 21, 2009.
The deadline for filing is 5:00 PM on January 30, 2009.
Persons wishing to file should contact the Town Clerk’s Office at the New Boston Town Hall. There is no filing fee.
Selectmen (1) Three (3) year term
Cemetery Trustee (1) Three (3) year term
Fire Wards (3) Three (3) year term
Library Trustee (2) Three (3) year term
Trustee of the Trust Fund (1) Three (3) year term
Town Clerk (1) Three (3) year term
Deliberative Session
The Deliberative Session for the Town warrant will be held in the New Boston Central School gym at 7:00 PM on Monday, February 2, 2009. (Snow date; Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 7:00 PM)
THE PUBLIC IS URGED TO ATTEND.
Official Voting (SB2)
Voting will be by official ballot (for ALL warrant articles and elected positions) on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at the New Boston Central School, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
